Calphin is proud to have its own unique system of swim levels & class structure, as the “The Calphin System”. This System is distilled from decades of coaching, training, and management experience by both Chief Headcoach Xiaohong Wang and co-founder, Calphin’s business management director Joseph He. Over the years, Calphin has developed its two focuses: “learn to swim” and “stroke refinement” for school-aged children and teenagers, to deliver skills for water safety, swim enjoyment, fitness, stamina, sportsmanship, confidence and competitiveness for the younger generations.
