Enjoy the pool and spice up your swimming routine with Aqua Aerobic Water Exercises! Through active, fitness-based movements in the water, experience a great cardio workout, safe and suitable for most. Water Exercise is gentle on the joints and bones, great for pregnant women, over-weight individuals, or those suffering from back pain, muscle or joint problems. Your weight is partially supported by water and your movements have less impact on your joints. Enjoy a musical background as you exercise with friends in our comfortable indoor pools.
