Front Desk Consultant Job Opening:
Minimum Qualification:
- Prefer a college degree, outgoing with excellent phone and communication skills
- Experiences with Word and Excel. Mandarin or Cantonese speaking in a bonus.
- Customer Services experiences.
- Prefer an individual who can personally relate to parents with school-age kids.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Professionally and kindly answer multi-line phone calls and general inquiries.
- Effectively help customers to choose and sign up the best-fit group lessons
- Customer services and relationship. Present a welcoming and professional club image.
- Data entry, documentation and point of sales.
- Support other staffs, maintain office appearance with light office duties
- Well organized, quick learner, able to multi-task, get assignments done unsupervised.
